Manufacturing of switchboards

For working machines

We cooperate with the machine producers, for who are manufactured switchboards according to the supplied projects, the sizes and shapes of the boxes and as well as for the inner instrument placing and for connecting itself.

To the another group customers operating large technologies, complete manufacturing complexes etc., who are in the need of construction , reconstruction of old facilities or who desire to build a new plant.

What are customers interested in is to supplies of control boards and desk switchboards equipped according to the demands of a controlled machine or technology.

Directing of technologies

Our technicians fully cooperate with some customers on the platform of design of switchboards, instrument used or the machine design. With our own capacity, or in cooperation with our partner companies, we provide programming of automats for machine or technology controlling up to the level of visualization. As a matter we of course always follow the cutting age products of instrument manufacturers. We regularly participate on seminars and presentations of new products etc. To ensure quality and reliability of products, we let every switchboard pass through the testing laboratory. In the lab a switchboards is checked for connections, passes through the functional tests and the safety tests relevant to a given product standard. The test results are mentioned in a certificate on the piece test and its compliance with relevant regulations and laws. The testing lab group, supplemented by experienced assembly workers, farther ensures switchboard installation, their putting into operation, warranty and post-warranty checks and the complete service.

Distribution of electric energy

Distribution switchboards have been tested at EZÚ Praha and Zkušebnictví a.s. Běchovice. On the basis of these tests we can warrant the following short circuit resistances: for electric meter and circuit switchboards the short circuit resistance 36kA up to the nominal current value of 400 A; for switchboards used in switchboard stations the short circuit resistance of 100 kA up to the nominal current value of 3200 A.
