We use machinery marked TRUMPF:

TC5000+sheetmaster

This is machinery machining metal sheets thickness up 0, 5 mm to 4 mm. Shape of sheet can wary:

1)small (1000 x 2000) - TC 2000, TC 2020, TC 5000

2)medium ( 1250 x 2500mm) – TC 2020, TC 5000

3)over standart (up 1250 x 3000mm) – TC 2020, TC 5000

Products are machined by perforating (openings of various geometric shapes), cutting and shaping (adging of threads, threading..)

We process all those materials: Fe, FeZn, Al, Ak,

Excentric presses:

are used for perforating and shapeing with onepurposse device
LEN 40C
LEN 120 C

Plate cutting – sheet pliers:

are able to cut material up to thickness of:

4 mm in length 3000 mm
6 mm in length 2000 mm

Sheet adging, banding:

To sheet adging are used TRUMPF brand machinery:

Trumabend V130

TrumaBend V 130
Trumabend V 50

They hydraulic adge with the maximal pressing power/length

V 130…..130 kN / 3000 mm
V 50….. 50 kN / 1000 mm

Using this devices are bended plate shapes varieties, witch are cut on our perforating machines. Further is bended presswork and slops delivered by customer. To adge are used original laser hardened tools which are long term guarantee of stable and accurant products.

Company is specialized in plate processing of 0,5 – 4mm thickness. For these scale thickness is possessed most devices.
