Powder painting is cutting age technology of surface finishing of metals. Are adhered strict criteria for environment policy and guarantee quality surface finishing of metals by powder colors. Presumption for quality spray application is cleaned surface of painted product ( by fat-extracted, eventually send-blasted method).


It is used for painting follow technology:


Company runs automatic unit from manufacturer ITS.

  • Preliminary treatment of iron by phosphate and follow up drying method
  • fat-extracting by tumbling
  • kontinuity of unit 750 x 1500 x 2500 mm (š x v x l).
  • maximal weight of painting piece 50 kg

Powder color is applied by these method

  • electrostatic chargeing
  • tribostatic (kinetic chargeing)

Surface finishing

To our customers is offered to seriography as additional service. To print we use Tampoprint method.
